چکیده

The paper presents an improved installation and method for determining friction-electro-thermal properties -friction coefficient, temperature, value of electrostatic charge in the friction contact zone machine-building composite wear-resistant-antistatic-thermal conducting polymeric materials during interaction with raw cotton. existing methods installations working at frictional influence polymers cotton have been studied. general disadvantages devices revealed, particularly impossibility investigating Theoretically experimentally substantiated principle technological scheme antifriction cotton, where material under study is represented as a flat disc rotating horizontal plane on which surface pressed along normal using piston bottomless box having cylindrical lateral surface, leads to minimization pressure. developed allows maximum imitation conditions elements real machines. And also, physical-mechanical polypropylene polyethylene filled organomineral ingredients determined by -tribometer are given.
